Request a refund

At Pentest-Tools.com, we aim to offer a solution that brings value from day one. However, if you find that our platform doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a limited refund policy, applicable only under specific conditions.

Refunds can be issued only for the first payment made per account. If you’ve already received a refund in the past, you are no longer eligible for another one.
Please note that if your subscription continues into the second month, you are no longer eligible for a refund for any payments already made.

Before requesting a refund, you must cancel your license. You can do this by following the instructions provided in link.

To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request within 10 days of your first payment. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.

Once we receive your refund request, we will process it as soon as possible. The refunded amount may take a few business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Please note:

  • When you cancel your subscription, your license remains active until the end of the current billing period (month or year).

  • No refunds are issued for the remaining time in your billing cycle.

  • If you choose to downgrade your plan, the change takes effect only after the current period ends, and no refund is given for the difference.

  • Once we process your refund, your account will be closed automatically, and all associated data will be permanently deleted. Please make sure to back up your data beforehand, using our available report export options.

This refund methodology applies to all customers and is publicly available for transparency.
