How to cancel your subscription
We get it - sometimes you need to pause, reset, or switch things up. Here’s how to cancel your plan with no stress and no surprises.
For self-serve customers
- Go to My Account → Active Plan
- Click the Change plan button and select the Cancel subscription option
- Follow the step-by-step process
- You’ll be asked for quick feedback to help us improve the product
- Then you can click Confirm to proceed
- Your account will be converted to a free account at the end of the billing cycle.

✅ Good to know: You’ll continue to have full access to your plan until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will automatically switch to The Free edition, with access to past results and limited scans.
For invoice-based or custom plan customers
If you’re on an invoice-based subscription or custom agreement:
- Please email us at support@pentest-tools.com to request cancellation.
- Our team will walk you through the process and confirm your end-of-cycle date, ensuring continuity until your subscription expires.
