How to cancel your subscription
Understand the cancellation process and what it means for your billing and account access.
You can cancel your subscription from My Account - Active Plan. Once there, simply click the "Change Plan" button. This will redirect you to a page displaying all our subscription options, and beneath them, you’ll find the "Cancel Subscription" option you're looking for.
Before finalizing the cancellation of your subscription, you’ll be shown a summary of the features you'll lose, and you'll be asked to provide a reason for cancellation. Once all required fields are completed and you click the "Cancel Subscription" button, the cancellation will be confirmed, and auto-renewal will be disabled.
After cancellation, you'll retain full access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle.
Once the cycle ends, your subscription will expire automatically, but you’ll still be able to log in and view your past scans, and initiate new scans with tools and configurations available under the Free plan.
