How to upgrade or downgrade your plan

You can change your plan at any time — whether you're scaling up or streamlining.

From your account dashboard (for self-serve customers)

  1. Go to My Account → Active Plan 
  2. Click Change plan, Change asset limits, or Change add-ons based on the type of changes you want to make to your account.
  3. Make sure you’re logged in so changes apply directly to your account.
  4. Choose a new plan or adjust your scanned asset count and add-ons as needed.


How upgrades & downgrades work

Upgrades (e.g. adding more scanned assets, switching to a higher plan, enabling more add-ons) take effect immediately and use pro-rata billing. That means that any unused portion of your current plan is credited toward your upgrade, so you only pay the difference.

Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle — you won’t lose any remaining time on your current plan.

What happens next?

Once the payment is completed:

  • Your new plan is activated immediately (for upgrades) —  as soon as our payment processor confirms the transaction and this can take some time (from 1 second to days)
  • You’ll see a confirmation in My Account and get an email with your subscription details.
  • Downgrades apply after your current billing cycle ends.

You can upgrade from My Account by clicking on the Upgrade / Downgrade button at the bottom of the page. You can alternatively go directly to the pricing page, but you need to make sure you are logged in when you perform this action so it will be done automatically.
