We, at, understand that sometimes our solution might not meet your expectations. In such cases, we offer a refund policy that can be availed by our customers.

Refunds can be made only for the first payment made per account. If you have already got a refund previously, you will not be eligible for another one. Also, before requesting a refund, you must cancel your license. You can do so by following the instructions provided in this link.

To benefit from a refund, you must request it within the first 10 days of your first payment. Any requests made after this time frame will not be entertained.

Once we have received your refund request, we will process it as soon as possible. However, please note that it may take a few business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Kindly note that once we process the refund, your account will be closed automatically, and all data associated with it will be lost. Please ensure that you have taken a backup, in the form of our available reports, of your data before requesting a refund.
