My Account – account management

It's your account, so you should be in full control of it.

From your My Account page on, you can check your current plan details and limitations, see plan history, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription, change your password, modify your personal information, and check your API.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes, you can downgrade/upgrade at any time from your MyAccount - Active Plan page by clicking the Change plan button under the Plan details & billing tab, selecting the new plan, and then confirming.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your My Account - Active Plan page. It will immediately become Canceled but don’t worry, as that is not a close account action, so you’ll still have full access to all the platform functionalities until the end of the current billing cycle.

After the end of your billing cycle, your subscription becomes Expired and you can still access your account and see all your past data but you won’t be able to perform new scans.

How do I reactivate my account?

You can re-activate your Expired subscription at any time by purchasing a new one from our pricing page, using the same e-mail address.

Can I change my e-mail address?

You can update your personal information on your My Account - User settings page or change your password on your My Account - Security page.
