If – for any reason – you want your money back, you can ask for a full refund within 10 days since your first payment. However, if you decide to continue using the subscription, no further refunds will be granted.
You’ll need to cancel your subscription first and then request a refund by submitting a support ticket. The subscriptions can be canceled at any time during the billing cycle without losing access to your account. In case of a refund, the account will be deactivated.
All our monthly plans are recurring subscriptions, we do not offer any refunds in case you forget to cancel the renewal.
Other refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
